During the market research for Priva early 2005, contact was made with Intervid Security Pty (ltd), a local installer of different CCTV, Access control, but also more complex Building Management Sytems.

Immediate synergies of prior experience with Kropman and Priva led to a follow-up reconnaissance.

Intervid was preparing itself to be merged with Comscor IT Pty (ltd) as Eye2Eye technologies, with a combined turnover of 100+ MZAR/year.

Transactional management, merger guidance and business plan development were desired while ensuring business continuity in the restructuring phase.

Furthermore, immediate ‘hands on’ assistance on the floor was urgently needed to reconstruct the Project Management Office and retain existing customers. Operational control dis-appeared with the sudden change of senior management in the project office, leaving ongoing and future projects exposed.

YMoS provided the required ‘hands on’ support during this period of change management.

Immediate project risk assessments were carried out, and active participation on the projects ensured successful implementation. Further input and active participation in (process & crisis) management of different projects or departments was given.

Project process methodology and quality assurance processes were set up and implemented over the remainder of 2005. Junior project managers were coached towards new responsibilities with in-depth transfer of own inhouse developed project related skills.
