Jeroen Bosboom was employed at Kropman Installatie techniek from 1999 to 2004, a national M&E firm with multiple branches in the Netherlands.
During his term he was responsible for executive management of the branch for greater Amsterdam and their larger projects itself.
The branch for greater Amsterdam had a turnover of about 10 Million Euro with 60 employees.
His first responsibility in 1999, was the development of Media Plaza in the Jaarbeurs of Utrecht. It included the full EPCM cycle, contract & project management for M&E.
The largest challenge was the tight time schedule as the ‘royal operning’ could not (and would not) be moved. Daily challenges with HBG on different needs stimulated the concept of ‘concurrent engineering’ whilst allowing ongoing construction.
The Royal Opening deadline was achived by great flexibility of all partners; the architect, construction firm HBG and Kropman.
